Welcome to Spirit4Care UE platform !

Spirit4Care is a European project, it aims to support the teaching of spiritual care (SC) in the nursing discipline, by enabling teachers and training establishments to make it their own.

Spiritual care is essential in caring for the whole person. It is the capacity to understand, recognize and integrate the existential and spiritual dimension of the patient in healthcare. These dimensions take the form of listening and interacting on issues such as beliefs, hopes, meaning, values and a sense of identity.

The Spirit4Care UE platform provides newly developed teaching materials, training guidelines and resources on spiritual care in nursing. It is targeted at nurse trainers, nursing students and professionals, as well as anyone interested in spiritual care.
